Terms and conditions that apply to all bookings made with Posh-Car.
1, Details of bookings made by the person/persons for transport by either executive car/minibus/taxi are what you will be invoiced or charged for.
Extra pick ups or drop offs or alternative final destination points may be charged extra based on time, fuel, and additional hire of any vehicle if these are different than the agreed booking.
2, Any changes to the routing, collection and drop-off points must be, at all times, confirmed with the Posh-Car Office in advance to confirm it does not conflict with other bookings, not to the driver of the vehicle.
3, Vehicles will only carry up to the stated amount of passengers which the Hirer has designated and agreed with the Company.
4, Posh-car reserves the right to provide alternative vehicle(s) to carry out the hire in case of vehicle breakdown or other unforseen problems arising, although every effort will be made to provide an equally suitable vehicle.
5, The Hirer must ensure that passengers adhere to collection and departure times. Failure to do so could lead to passengers being left behind, so that our drivers can complete other work they are booked to do in that vehicle. Minibus customers especially are warned that no compensation will be claimable from Posh-Car, for passengers failing to return at agreed time, and place, the drivers decision is final on how long they can wait.
(Except Airport Transfers) where long delays or considerably early arrivals occur, alternative vehicles maybe used due to other bookings conflicting with changed pick up time. In the case of late arrivals at airports around london, car parking charges may be added and charged to customers after arranged pick up time, due to limited free parking restrictions (1st hour after booked arrival time will be free) all flights are monitored but delays can be given after vehicle is on route to airport.
6, Posh-car takes pride in the cleanliness of their vehicles and fully expects passengers to respect this. If the vehicle is in need of extensive valeting due to customers a charge will be made accordingly after the Hire.
7, In the event of the vehicle becoming soiled as the result of a passenger/s vomiting in the vehicle, a minimum charge of £40 will be charged to the customer and paid to the vehicle driver/Posh-car.
8, Posh-car or drivers will not be held responsible for the safety or custody of personal belongings, purchases, luggage or any other items carried by any passenger or left in the vehicle. (drivers finding belongings will place them with posh-car owner for return to customers)
9, Unless agreed in writing, the vehicles used on the hire are not available for the Hirer's use other than for the outward or return journeys. The vehicle (s) remaining at the drop off point/destination cannot be guaranteed.
10, The full balance of money for return bookings must be paid in advance on the outbound trip to the vehicle driver or to the office.
11, All passengers must wear the seat belts provided in vehicle at all times whilst the vehicle is in motion. Posh-car will not accept any liability for injuries however caused whilst travelling on board the vehicle due to failure to wear the seat belt provided.
12, Deposits for any travel that has been made with Posh-car are non-refundable unless 24 hours notice is given for cancellation.
In the case of airport transfers 7 days notice is required for deposit refund.
13, ALL BOOKINGS SHOULD BE MADE WITH - NAME, CONTACT PHONE NUMBER, ADDRESS, AND EMAIL IF AVAILABLE. Booking receipts are available via Email or drivers on the day of travel. Confirmation of bookings via Email, phone or post, customers preference.
14, Bookings made with drivers directly and not with posh-car are not permitted. Any bookings made with drivers will not be the responsibility of posh-car to cover, refund, or be held in any way responsible for failure of drivers taking illegal bookings who fail to honour or complete the booking with customers directly. Posh-car accept responsibility only for official bookings made through posh-car business, no liability will be accepted without our own official receipt.
15, All drivers/vehicle owners will paid for completed work only including return bookings.
Customers will be held responsible for booking with drivers instead of POSH-CAR booking office, and their failure to honour work taken by them directly will be the customers responsibility, not posh-car.

We accept no liability for missed flights, trains & buses for delays caused by road accidents, flooding or weather conditions. Customers should allow additional time for airport transfers outbound, to cover for unexpected delays which may make you late.
Every effort will be made by Posh-Car and it’s drivers to get passengers to their destination on time or early, passengers should check taxi pickup times and enquire about any known delays to ensure they leave with enough time to complete the journey ahead and arrive on schedule.
